Frequencies: a genealogy of spirituality

The idea behind it was fairly simple. Everybody talks about
"spirituality," but no simple textbook definition of the term exists.
So two historians of religion who were the heads of our team started
asking folks -- writers, scholars, poets, musicians, activists,
artists -- what they associate with the term. The result is
"Frequencies: a collaborative genealogy of spirituality." Over the
next 100 days, we will publish 100 entries written in response to this
query, each paired with a (visual) artwork. At the end of the launch
period, the whole will form a sort of curio cabinet of the spiritual
landscape. - It'll be fun to watch this unfold over the next three months. Tune in
frequently!
